As the visionary behind leadHOOP, Craig has helped shape the company into a leading SaaS platform for lead buyers, sellers, agencies, and aggregators. His expertise spans revenue strategy, product innovation, and business development, helping organizations modernize and optimize their lead management operations.

Known for his hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of the industry, Craig continues to drive leadHOOP’s growth through strategic partnerships and scalable initiatives.

Craig is passionate about supporting his team, and outside of work enjoys spending time with his family, cheering on his kids at sporting events, enjoying a good bottle of wine, and occasionally finding time for a round of golf.

Andre Landry
Chief Technology Officer

Andre brings 20 years of experience in software engineering and lead generation technology, building and overseeing systems designed for scalability, reliability, and high-performance data processing.

Throughout his career, Andre has developed advertising and lead management solutions while gaining expertise across cloud infrastructure, enterprise technologies, and modern development frameworks including Ruby, JavaScript, Kubernetes, AWS, Google Cloud, and .NET.

At leadHOOP, Andre leads the company’s technology vision, platform architecture, and product innovation efforts, helping build a future-ready platform that empowers clients to operate more efficiently and intelligently.

Andre is passionate about continuous learning, emerging technologies, and developing software and lead management solutions that simplify complex business challenges. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his son, fiancée, and family, staying active in the gym, and fueling his passion for cars and fitness. He’s also considering taking on the challenge of completing a triathlon.

Executive Vice President of Operations

Todd has spent the majority of his career helping businesses streamline operations, improve scalability, and drive sustainable growth. Much of his experience has been within SaaS and subscription-based service organizations, where operational efficiency, customer retention, and long-term relationship management are critical to success.

Throughout his career, Todd has built a reputation for developing scalable processes, improving collaboration across teams, and helping organizations navigate growth and transformation through a hands-on operational approach.

At leadHOOP, Todd oversees the company’s day-to-day operations while helping identify opportunities for innovation, operational improvement, and strategic growth.

Todd is passionate about finding creative solutions to complex challenges and leveraging technology to improve processes and drive efficiency. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time BBQing with his family, competing in golf tournaments, and finding opportunities to spend time out on the water whenever possible.

Vice President of Client Support

Sarah brings more than 20 years of customer service, operations, and client management experience, along with more than a decade of working within the education industry. She has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering trusted client relationships.

At leadHOOP, Sarah oversees client onboarding, integrations, campaign management, platform training, and ongoing support initiatives. Her strategic, client-first approach and attention to detail help ensure customers receive responsive support and maximize the value of the platform.

Sarah’s ability to simplify complex processes and create seamless customer experiences continues to play an important role in leadHOOP’s reputation for service excellence.

Outside of work, Sarah can usually be found chasing sunsets on camping trips, braving icy cold plunges by choice, getting way too competitive over jigsaw puzzles, singing along at live concerts, and making memories with family and friends.

Mark brings extensive experience in operations management, client support, technology systems, and organizational strategy. His unique ability to identify inefficiencies, uncover overlooked opportunities, and solve complex operational challenges has helped organizations improve performance and maximize productivity across fast-paced business environments.

At leadHOOP, Mark works closely with clients to ensure they are getting the maximum value and efficiency from the platform. Mark is passionate about mentoring and problem-solving with licensees. Outside of work, he enjoys exploration and traveling with his family. Together, they make it a point to visit at least one new restaurant every weekend and continue traveling farther and farther to discover new experiences.
